Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sahpathi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users — school administrators, teachers, students, and parents. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
What Sahpathi Provides

- ✓Live bus tracking with parent notifications
- ✓AI-powered doubt solver & assignment generator
- ✓School website builder
- ✓WhatsApp, email & push notification system
Account Responsibilities
- ✓You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- ✓The school administrator is responsible for all activity under their school account.
- ✓You must provide accurate information during registration.
- ✓You must not share your account with unauthorised persons.
Subscription & Billing
- ✓Billed per student per month based on enrolled student count.
- ✓Available on monthly or annual billing cycles.
- ✓Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of applicable taxes.
- ✓We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
Free Trial
We offer a free trial period for all new schools. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial ends, continued use requires an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- ✕Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- ✕Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform
- ✕Use the platform to spam or harass users
- ✕Share or resell access without authorisation
Your Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input — student records, fees, documents, everything. Sahpathi does not claim ownership of your school's data. You can export your data at any time. We act purely as a data processor on your behalf.
Termination
Either party may cancel the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your data is available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
