Free Trial First

Sahpathi offers a free trial for all new schools — no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to fully test the platform during the trial before subscribing, so you can be confident it fits your school's needs.

When You Get a Refund

  • 7-day money back: Full refund if you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked.
  • Service outage: Pro-rata credit if the platform was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault.
  • Duplicate charge: Full refund of duplicate payment within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of payment
  • Partial month usage — subscriptions are not prorated on mid-cycle cancellation
  • Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service
  • Annual plan renewals already processed (cancel before renewal date to avoid being charged)

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. Your account remains active and fully functional until the end of the paid period.
